Craftliner with white top layer.

Production of Craftliner with white top layer is started on Donetsk cardboard mill LTD « Donetsk-Vtorma». High quality sorts of hardwood and softwood cellulose are used for craftliner with white top layer production. Cellulose specific content in cardboard – 40%.
Thereby, Donetsk cardboard mill has again proved its reputation of the most dynamic developing company in Ukranian CPI.

WHITE craftliner main characteristics:

cardboard mark: КB-2;
cardboard mass: 125, 140, 150, 175 g/m2;
specific cellulose content: up to 40%;
format: in the range 2100mm (1050, 1250, 850, 1200, 900, 2100 and oth.);
sleeve diameter: 76mm;
roll average weight: 750 kg (for format 1050mm);
roll average diameter: 1000mm.

Craftliner with CLOUDY top layer.

Production of Craftliner with cloudy top layer of K-2 mark is started on Donetsk cardboard mill LTD « Donetsk-Vtorma» in 2008, Jule.. High quality sorts of hardwood and softwood cellulose are used for craftliner with cloudy top layer production.

CLOUDY craftliner main characteristics:

layers quantity: 2;
cardboard mark: КO-2;
cardboard mass: 125, 140, 150, 175 g/m2;
specific cellulose content: up to 30%;
format: in the range 2100mm (1050, 1250, 850, 1200, 900, 2100 and oth.);
sleeve diameter: 76mm;
roll average weight: 750 kg (for format 1050mm);
roll average diameter: 1000mm.

Cardboard has a great print feature, that’s gives, the possibility of wide using of corrugated packing not only for transportation, but also as the advertising mean. High strengthening characteristics make it possible to use present cardboard type to produce high-strength packing, also to produce packing aimed for storage in conditions of low temperatures and higher moisture.

Craftliner with BROWN top layer.

BROWN craftliner main characteristics:

cardboard mass: 125, 140, 150, 175 g/m2;
specific cellulose content: up to 30%;
format: : in the range 2100mm (1050, 1250, 850, 1200, 900, 2100 and oth.);
sleeve diameter: 76mm;
roll average weight: 750 kg (for format 1050mm);
roll average diameter: 1000mm.

Uncoated cardboard of HM mark

UNCOATED cardboard main characteristics:

layers quantity: 2;
cardboard mark: HM;
cardboard mass: 75 g/m2;
specific cellulose content: up to 30%;
format: in the range 2100mm (1050, 1250, 850, 1200, 900, 2100 and oth.);
sleeve diameter: 76mm;
roll average weight: 750 kg (for format 1050mm);
roll average diameter: 1000mm.

It excellent does for producing skin-packing, consumer container for packing industrial production and dry provision. Color printing putting is possible.

Testliner in accordance with State Standard 7420-89.

PAINTED Testliner in accordance with State Standard 7420-89.

LINER main characteristics:

cardboard mark: K-3;
mass: 150, 175, 200 g/m²;
format: : in the range 2100мм (1050, 1250, 850, 1200, 900, 2100 and oth.);
sleeve diameter: 76mm;
roll average weight: 700 кг (for format 1050mm);
roll average diameter: 1000mm.

Specially selected quality cellulose contained waste paper is using on Donetsk cardboard mill for cardboard production.
